ANWB - Insurance Conversion Team
Work created during my time as a UX-designer of the ANWB Verzekeren Conversion scrum team which further consist of 3 front-end developers, PO, Scrum Master, content specialist, e-commerce specialist, data analyst. In a period of 1.5 years I helped the team with the UX-/visual design of the Insurance product pages and funnels according the overall ANWB brand Identity and UX patterns and in liaise with the UX chapter which consist of 18+ UX-/ visual designers and UX-researchers. Responsibilities are amongst other: translates business and commercial needs into UX-designs using collected data, insights and in-house user tests; tweak and enhance user experience, creating both low-key and hi-fidelity clickable design in Sketch, Invision and Protopie; performing and help organising field-/guerilla-, online- and UX-lab tests.
